![do you guys know about this? [not sure if i’m last to know]
well, my world has been changed. forever.
they are tiny little seeds. you can bake with them, add them to your granola, or add them to water/juice/smoothies/whatever. & they reduce cravings(!). these tiny little seeds, that absorb lots of water, expand (size and weight) and you’re actually full.
but the best part? they are actually nutritious [like really]! they have more omega-3 than any other natural source and they are loaded with antioxidants, calcium, protein, fiber and more.
personally, i added a teaspoon of chia seeds into some juice after dinner and it really cut down on my snacking (i’m constantly hungry).
have you guys tried these? what do you think?](http://27.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_lxyx0fhXSa1qzlbfzo1_500.jpg)
